1. About these terms

These Terms govern use of the Mochi Moon website and purchases from Mochi Moon Editions ("we", "us" or "our"). Our contact email is needwiccan@gmail.com and our business contact address is 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Our store

The desktop storefront offers digital books. On supported mobile screens, the home page may display a medical-fundraiser campaign with four contribution tiers. Each tier is processed through Shopify as the purchase of a named digital book. The checkout is a retail transaction, not a charitable tax receipt, and purchases are not represented as tax-deductible donations.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. An order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, availability, fraud or technical error.

4. Digital delivery and licence

Digital books are supplied electronically. Purchase grants one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and print the file for personal use. You must not resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense or commercially reproduce the content.

5. Campaign information

The mobile campaign describes an intended beneficiary and treatment need. A purchase does not guarantee that treatment will occur or produce a particular outcome. Medical information is provided for campaign context and is not medical advice. Any surplus-use statement displayed on the campaign page forms part of that campaign information.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to digital content, including rights where content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, scrape protected content or use the site in violation of law or another person's rights.

8. Intellectual property

Store design, book content and original brand materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party campaign names, logos and media remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by incompatible devices, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing on the site is professional medical, legal, financial or tax advice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in force when you order applies to that order. Questions can be sent to needwiccan@gmail.com.
