Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

All products currently sold by Mochi Moon Editions are digital books. We do not ship physical goods and we do not charge shipping fees.

When delivery happens

After payment is confirmed, the download is sent electronically to the email address used at checkout or made available through the order confirmation experience. Delivery is normally immediate, but security reviews, payment authorisation or technical issues can cause a short delay.

If your download does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that the checkout email address is correct. If you still do not have access within 24 hours, contact needwiccan@gmail.com with your order number. We will reissue access after verifying the order.

Devices and formats

Books are supplied as PDF files designed for phones, tablets, computers and personal printing. Customers are responsible for having a compatible PDF reader and internet access.

Mobile campaign purchases

The campaign contribution tiers are fulfilled in the same way: each tier is linked to a digital book delivered after payment. No physical parcel or charitable tax receipt is sent.
