Are these physical books?

No. Every current product is a PDF digital book. Nothing is shipped by post.

When will I receive my book?

Access is sent electronically after payment confirmation. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check spam and then email needwiccan@gmail.com with your order number.

Which devices can I use?

You can read the PDF on a phone, tablet or computer and print a personal copy.

Can I share the file?

Your purchase is licensed for your personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell or upload the file.

What do US$25, US$30, US$50 and US$100 mean?

Each amount is the price of a specific digital book. Selecting a tier takes you to Shopify checkout for that book.

Is the purchase tax-deductible?

No charitable tax receipt is issued and the purchase is not represented as a tax-deductible donation.

Does payment guarantee a treatment outcome?

No. The campaign explains the intended treatment need, but a purchase cannot guarantee that treatment will occur or produce a particular medical outcome.

Which currency is used?

Prices and checkout are in US dollars.

What if my file is missing or faulty?

Contact us and we will reissue or replace it. Your cancellation and statutory rights are explained in our Refund Policy.
