Digital products and refunds

Mochi Moon Editions sells digital books supplied electronically. No physical product is shipped and there is nothing to return by post.

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchase at needwiccan@gmail.com. Where applicable law gives you a cancellation right, we will honour it. Your cancellation right may end after digital delivery or download begins where you have expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the effect on that right.

Faulty, missing or inaccessible files

If a download is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot reasonably be accessed, contact us with your order number. We will first reissue, repair or replace the digital file within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If we cannot do so, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Contribution-tier purchases

The US$25, US$30, US$50 and US$100 options on the mobile campaign page are purchases of the corresponding digital books. They follow this same refund policy. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations and no charitable tax receipt is issued.

How to request help

Email needwiccan@gmail.com with your name, order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
