Mochi Moon Editions sells PDF digital books through this Shopify store. Our contact details are available in the Legal Notice and Contact Information policies.

Contract and payment

Product information and the total price are shown before checkout. Prices are charged in US dollars. A sales contract is formed when payment is authorised and the order is confirmed.

Contribution tiers

On the mobile campaign page, US$25, US$30, US$50 and US$100 each correspond to a specific digital book. Selecting a tier purchases that book. The transaction is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation and does not generate a charitable receipt.

Supply

Digital delivery begins electronically after payment confirmation. File format, language and compatibility are described on the relevant product page and in the Digital Delivery Policy.

Cancellation and remedies

Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. Statutory remedies remain available where digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.
